For those younger ones amongst us Rag Week was when the students used to do daft things to raise money for charity.

Highlights for me were the Rag Mag, a book of jokes and the procession the Edinburgh students had along Princes Street.

Shame its faded into history.

We still have it here in St Andrews, although as you point out, it's dying out.
