If it's in Holland: '**** u mij even helpen? **** u mij zeggen waar het voetbalstadion is alstublieft?'

Understanding the reply could be more difficult. But, being Dutch, they'd immediatelly hear your accent and reply to you in english. You just have to hope that you're not too drunk to understand that.
