Houses to rent in Edinburgh

Is the ESPC Guide a good place to find family houses to rent in Edinburgh? Ive looked at the ESPC website and they only have seven 3 bedroom houses in the whole city available:confused:

Is this because the ESPC guide is mostly for people selling their houses, not renting out? If so, is there another publication/website i should be looking on?
