it's 3rd qualifyinh round if Arabs win cup. 2nd if County win it.

Play offs are when the very big guns come in. Last knockout stage before the Europa League.

Not sure if I am right but I think it depends on the Cup Final?

I think the cup winner goes to Q Round 4, 3rd place goes to Q3 and 4th goes to Q2.

So if Dundee U win the cup they go to Q4, we go to Q3 and Motherwell go to Q2

But if Ross C win the cup they go to Q4, Dundee U go into Q3 and we enter in Q2

may be totally wrong and confused though!

There was play-offs played in the current Europa League this season.

After 3rd qualifying round & before the League stage.

Is this were the failing Champion League teams enter.

So are wanting Ross County to win the Scottish Cup now? As we will get an easier draw if that's the case? Or if Ross C win do we go into the comp earlier?

We would go in one round earlier.

Where would we play the home leg? I'd imagine the pitch wouldn't be ready if we have to play on 15/7.

Surely it would be ready by then.

When we took the decision to rip the pitch up, there was always the likelihood that we would be starting our season early with a European tie. I can't believe that the club would have done things without bearing that in mind.

The qualifying rounds are regional so we can only play clubs from the following countries:

Northern: Belgium, Denmark, England, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Scotland, Sweden, and Wales.

We would rather see Dundee United win the SC as there is more of a chance for us to get into the group stages. We will only need to win two qualifying rounds while if Ross County win the cup we will need to play in 3 qualifying rounds in order to reach the group stages.
