He doesn't seem like someone just saying "yeah yeah yeah" to get away from them. Dare I he seems well up for it. Very disappointing if true.

he can come round my door and take me court if he wants but did you see some of his misses against Steve Davis....the one on the final frame was ridiculous for any standard pro, never mind a defending world champion.

A lifetime ban and the removal of his name from all wins in all tournaments would be appropriate. You can't get the prize money back but you can blot out his identity and ban him from all future professional tournaments.
