This makes the pain of Sunday a bit easier to bear :

Not sure if our man Vlad could have accomplished this mess. :bye:

I am pretty sure that relative to what they can bring in and what they own the Hearts situation is actually worse.

:agree: Hearts have absolutely no way to trade out their predicament. Rangers do although it would take them a while.

All the lower league clubs will be waiting for the arrival of Rangers (a la Livingston).

What a great benefit it would be for all of them to have Rangers crawling their way back up through the divisions, with their massive support providing security to these clubs for many years to come.

It would be great for the game and a very noble gesture by Rangers to GTF to the third division.

Well done Rangers and Glory, Glory to Lloyds TSB. :greengrin

David Murray, because of their current financial predicament, is suddenly the villain of the piece. How times have changed for the guy that bought them all those titles. They weren't complaining about it then.

Surely this is just the chickens coming home to roost from the tactics Murray used that seemed to delight the Ibrox hordes at the time. Bunch of hypocrites!!

I personally think Rangers won't end up in the Doo-Doo, as to many people have a vested interest in them being successful.

One last thing. Walter Smith, bailed out on Scotland for the love of his favourite club. This is how much sympathy I have for "good old cuddly uncle cardigan man" (See Below)......

Serves the Hun bassas right

Any team that pays out £12m for Tore Andre Flop must be mad, especially Chelsea only paid something like £300,000 for him :bye:

The government, SPL SFA etc etc won't let them go down. It'll be the same as with Spain and Real Madrid.

I guarantee it.

People seem to forgot that although they havent made any signings(apart fron loans)in the last couple of years the likes of thomson, naismith whittaker cost £2m while lafferty cost £3m.Their team probably cost around £20m to assemble so i have no sympathy for them. The recession has ensured banks are out to recoup any debts they can get their hands on and poor gers(and of course hertz)will be chased.Unlicky and sooo very amusing.

Personally I think it is a down right liberty. Will the fans organise an immediate protest against Her Majesty.
