Hopefully as he is still young this can help him with adding things to his impressive goalscoring ability.

Teamwork, link up play, first touch, holding the ball up, setting up goals for another forward (not relevant under John Hughes I know) etc etc

Must be getting a rest for his POTY performances this season.... Oh wait KEANO!!! got that accolade this year for scoring all there penalties
