Very quick question as i'm soon heading to the ticket ofice to renew. On the form for the payment plan, there's a section called direct debit mandate, i've filled in my sort code, account number'' etc, but i'm unsure on part 4. It says ''to the bank manager'' and also says bank/building society''. Do I put the adress of my bank in this section?

Yes it's the name and address of your bank branch that goes in there.

Can anyone confirm if the ticket office is open today for season ticket renewals. I have tried calling the ticket line helpline but they are unable to confirm if it's open or not.:grr:
