We're going to be absolutely molested left right and centre after the split.

Mixu last season after the spilt managed to beat Hearts and get a draw against Rangers and Celtic.

How many think Yogi will at least match that?

After today I reckon 6th. Since day 1 I've said give Yogi a chance etc etc but im beggining to lose my faith in Mr Hughes...

6th, we're playing horribly when this hibs team go 2 - 1 down we end up pushing everyone forward ****ing ourselves and losing 4! :bitchy::bitchy:

6th we wont pick up another point, Hughes obviously has no tactical brain or motivational skills, remind me why he's here.

5th Hearts, while they could, would probably need to beat us to come 5th. remember for a team outside the OF more than 6 points in the split is a tall order

Going on a token Scotland, instead of Hibs trip!

Where will we finish? With a new stand, with a lot of free space in it next season.

I said 5th at the start of the season, but now i think 4th. And that will be great progress, something i never thought was possible this soon.:notworthy:

:agree: We don't even have the consolation of saying that we thrive more on the bigger stage and it's against the smaller teams that we let ourselves down.

We have won just three games against our top six rivals this season, out of a possible fifteen.

W-3
D-4
L-8
F-14
A-22

Obviously that is over 15 matches. So if we get the same kind of ratio over the next 5 games, we can probably expect;

W-1
D-1
L-3
F-5
A-7

That would be in line with our normal post-split record of picking up around four or five points. If we did manage four points, that might be enough for 4th place and it should certainly get us 5th.

The problem is, I'm not quite sure where those four points are going to come from.

4th.

A visit to Celtic Park is exactly what we need right now. Nobody expects us to win and and being the underdogs suits us perfectly. Celtic are just as bad as we are so two ****** teams playing each other anybody could win.

I tried phoning the Samaritans this morning but apparently there's a humungous waiting list of callers from the east of scotland in the queue before me.

If the season could end right now I would take it but it's not so we can only hope.

4th, which isn't good enough. two league positions and numerous points isn't enough of an improvement in one season.

Someone call ranger smith, we need rid of yogi:cool2:

Some folk on this thread should be on the phone to Samaritans 24/7 if their posts are anything to go by :rolleyes:Why..because they may be being realistic about our position whilst yours is more in hope ..?

We are an absolute shambles from back to front, we have no confidence, any confidence they had is completely shot to bits, we are totally dis-organised & imo the players are just wanting the season to end now..perhaps even looking forward to their holidays !!

Motherwell are far more organised, ok they have hit a wee rough patch but still way more organised than us ..the yams ..same as Well ..the last derby is a perfect example ..

Celtic ..going through the motions now but will still be too good for us & same also for the huns ..D.utd ..say no more ..

6th it is ..

Ps..gimme that Samaritans number please ..

Very little progress been made this season that I can see, people saying we've got a few more points than we gathered last season is just papering over the cracks. This SPL season has been one of the worst overall I can remember, yet we are still going to struggle to finish any higher than 5th. When you look at how bad the other teams are its embarassing!
