I think he is a genius.
A comedy genius, a man mountain when it comes to stamina and he loves the simplicity of roundabouts.

Someone that realises that the expenses scandal was about more than MP's claiming expenses and that those that didn't claim were as culpable for allowing a system so detatched from real life to continue without raising a dissenting voice.
