Are these still legal in the Uk?? Dont see many about at all. I used to collect them and had over £150 worth of £1 notes dating from the early 80s through to the 90s

Would they be worth anything if they are no longer legal?? :wink:

I think there are a very few still in circulation in Scotland and they'd still be honoured. If not in shops etc, then the banks would.

Like all these collectibles, it depends on age, condition and scarcity of the piece plus there are the 'errors' like missing dates and other printing mistakes to look out for.
