Thinks it looks very Irish, when it's actually the colours of the Indian flag ............pity we're Hibs and not Celtic eh!

Thing is we all know our history but we've moved on as a club and don't have the plastic paddy image the unwashed have, just look at all the Celtic supporting Irish Scots there are.......Coyle, McGeady, McCarthy ( the younger one ), Houghton etc.:greengrin

We do still have an element of that I'm afraid, we have Scottish born Hibs supporters who would rather support the Republic, as opposed to Scotland, and we still have supporters taking TRI-colours into our games[yes I know who we were founded by :greengrin] which is plastic paddyish IMO

Can't remember any Hibs supporting player that's actually turned out for Ireland tho.

We could always use the Pakistani flag (green and white), leaving the Indian 'tricolour' to the Celts. Think of all the sectarian implications THAT could have!

I thought this was going to be about Paul di Resta being a Hibs fan. Anyone know if he is? He's from Bathgate.

I'm pretty sure Nick Colgan supported Hibs whilst playing for us

Eh this has went down a road I didn't intend (excuse the pun) - It's just a green and white car with Whyte and Mackay on it. My mistake

I concur...other people just want to turn it into a tedious debate.

I think it was the extra colour that sparked the debate not the fact that Whyte and MacKay was on it, if that what was meant fair do's, end of debate.
