According to the BBC he was booked in the first half but they then made a correction saying the booking was for the Falkirk boy, so just one booking for Thicot, in the second half.

Nope, BBC update page made a clanger. Funny you mentioned this though as I was just reading the 'Hobos losing' thread on 10ptsback

He made a hard but fair challenge IMO. Booked Murray for reacting to a foul but let one of their players off with a dive in the box and Twaddle away with booting the ball away. Showed how bad he was by trying to hurry up the Hibs players taking the set piece, the ball would've been at their feet had the Falkirk player not booted it away.

The referee today did an excellent job of highlighting all that is wrong with Scottish referees. Absolutely dire.

The referee was terrible.

No idea what Thicot was booked for.

He seemed to give decisions based on how loud the home crowd shouted.

They also had 2 blatant dives go unpunished.

I was watching the BBC text and did think it was strange that Thicot was being booked for a challenge by Showumni on Bamba.
