I've had a dodgy ankle for a while now from playing football and finally decided I need to get something done about it.

Can anyone recommend a reasonable and good Physiotherapist? I've been looking round but I think it's always better to go with someone who comes recommended.

Phil mack :agree: you will find him in the braid hills driving range web site. Worked with the south African rugby team, not cheap but he's good. Doesn't believe in fancy treatments, hand on massages stretches and exercises

Physis on Craighall Road are really good.

They have the contract for the Edinburgh rugby team.

Based on Causewayside, or Spartans FC depending on days of the week. Highly recommended.
