Ross County are 3/1 at William Hill. I can't see us getting a result up at Dingwall at the moment. I'll probably stick £20 on County and if we get beat thenI'll have money to drown my sorrows but i'll gladly lose £20 to see Hibs in the next round!

Can probably bet Ross C to qualify at around 13/8

However it is not free money and will most likely be lost money Bookies dont often lose :greengrin

Can only find 90 minute markets on WH

http://sports.williamhill.com/bet/EN/betting/e/981266/Ross-County-v-Hibernian.html (http://sports.williamhill.com/bet/EN/betting/e/981266/Ross-County-v-Hibernian.html)

Yes the bookies are usually right, but they don't go and watch Hibs every week. I think all of us would admit that 3/1 odds to beat Hibs at the moment is very generous. If I was a neutral and had watched the first game at ER I wouldn't have known by the teams' performances who was the SPl and who was the first division side!

Ross County are 4/1 with Bet 365
The to qualify markets are not up yet but as hibs are best priced 5/6 in 90 mins

I think it will be
4/9 Hibs
13/8 Ross County

Ross County (4) v Draw (5/2) Hibernian (5/6)

Dundee Utd (4) v Draw(13/5) Rangers (4/5)

Both replays priced the same, with a gun at your head and forced to pick a winner nearly all of us would bet Hibsto beat Ross C , over Rangers beating Utd

James Connolly

Ross County been cut to 7/2 with Bet365; Hibs are 5/6, with the draw 12/5.

Not criticising anyone betting against Hibs here - I've done so myself with pretty spectacular results.

When the manager (Mixu) is coming out in the press saying that we will definitely lose (against Elfsborg at home) yet the bookies still have Hibs the favourites, it would have been madness not to have some of that. Paid for the next weekend's bevvy in Sweden!

Nothing wrong with putting money on Hibs to get beat, provided you 'want' to lose your money and are only doing it as 'insurance'. I had £100 on Kilmarnock in the CIS final, was delighted to lose it.:agree:

I just wouldn't get pleasure on collecting money on the back of a Hibs defeat - you can have 5/6 maybe more houses in a life time but you'll only ever have one team.

I could never be happy picking up money on the back of a Hibs defeat, especially a defeat that ensures the long wait for the Scottish Cup goes on for another year.

We need to start getting behind the team!! Cup game tomorrow so die hard fans only. Ideal chance to support them.

Also win cup game, beat falkirk and win game in hand. As long as they get beat by rangers on sat 13 points ahead and still in cup. Lets stop the 400,000 jambo fans at the game, going on about how we beat the hibs etc and get them back to reality....

NO MONEY...

NO NEW STAND...

Nobody bets against Hibs for the "joy" of picking up the winnings. If you think we'll lose then bet on it, that's what betting is about.

If you bet on Hibs (or any other team) but truly think they will lose then that's just sheer stupidity.

I have backed against Hibs, i remember having £20 at 4/1 i think on Elfsborg, easy money. I also got evens if my memory is right, for ht ft Barcelona. I always bet with my head. If we had won both games, or my bets had lost, so be it, i have had plenty of bets go down, but when i see great odds, on virtual certainty's, i personally think its mad to ignore them, because you happen to support that team.
