Since Saturday, we have all had our say on what we think has/is going wrong at the moment at ER. We have disected, Bi-sexted and toad sexted everything but we have some HUGE games coming up and maybe now it's time to move onwards and upwards and get back to supporting the team again.
IMO, if we can starting Playing with a bit of Pace, e.g. moving the ball around quicker than we have done of late, everything has been a bit slow and deliberate, possibly due to the state of most pitches, this is when we are at our best.
Play with a bit of Pride and a bit more Passion. Again IMO, this is something that has looked like it has been missing recently by some of our guys. One good tackle, one 50-50 ball won, gets the crowd behind you and gives you that bit more belief too.
If we can do and show all that, and play with a bit more Panache, like we did at the start of the season, then we wil be absolutely fine.
So a bit of Four Play, PACE, PRIDE, PASSION and PANACHE and we will be back doing the Biz like we were before.
