My previous post on the subject showed that the current Hibs Supporters Association may have started off life as a fans body but now may be little more than a social club/collective of bus convenors. Feel free to correct this assumption.

What we now need is a group of fans who actively organise and improve support for the football team

Objectives

Taking regular feedback from the membership via online polls, questionnaires etc
Engaging in regular dialogue with the club?
Creating supporter-led initiatives to improve attendance
Coming up with ideas to improve the vocal atmosphere
Devising methods to improve the visual atmosphere
Operating a Zero Tolerance behaviour policy of no personal abuse of Hibs staff - management, players, officials, ticket office

So far this season we have had a Hibees Reunited Campaign and a Supporters Section campaign.

Isn't this exactly the type of activity that a strong, united fans group should work with the club on?
