Not sure if it has been mentioned, but Hibs lost the U19 derby one nil. Any Hibs.net posters at the game?

After doing so well last season, this season not as good. Below is the link to the table, that has not been updated after yesterday's result. Now four points ahead of Hertz, but they have five games in hand.

Heard that we hit the bar and post in the dying seconds aswell, so it isn't just first team level that Hearts are jammy in.

considering that half last years squad are either in the first team out on loan or released its not that bad

Yep, i'm sure 8 players from last season's u19 squad stepped up to the first team squad, and the captain got released.

Sean Welsh was the skipper and was one of those promoted to the senior squad. Ollie Russell stood in as captain when Welshy got injured. He was released.

we are building a team for next season and hopefully can compete at the top of the league again. many of this season's players are only 16/17 and with playing along side some of the older boys its helping them learn more about the game and prepare for next season.
