To be honest they done her a favor by not going to see that sheet every other week or she could be classed a freeloader trying to get to see that sheet every other week. :greengrin

Sounds like she's bitter that she's not getting to attend the games for free as part of her working hours.

Not sure how that equates to 'sexual discrimination' but there must be more to it.

I don't know why anybody employs women, everybody knows they'll just leave and have babies......

Unless she was part of the squad, you never know with that lot. I am sure she could also push for racial discrimination due to the fact that she is SCOTTISH! :greengrin

Wouldn't it be classed as bullying to be forced to work on match days?

Ah..........but whose baby was she having? Is that the reason they stopped her attending on match days? Let me see....Nade perhaps (in case he ate it). or mibbe Mikey ...(I hear the bairn is ginger)

If the story is as straight forward as its written here then;

She works full time for hearts including match days
she goes on Maternity leave
She comes back part time
Hearts say her new hours won't include match days as someone else is now covering that.

So whats her compliant?
She now has to buy a ticket for matches?
pretty pathetic really

If it was her choice to go part-time on her return (possibly to tie in with child-minding) then I dont see that she has a case.

Seems to be a lot of fuss over heehaw. If she came back part time then Hearts are quite entitled to tell her those hours don't include Saturdays.

Anything for a good Jambo bashing but in this case they haven't done much wrong. Would expect her case to be thrown out.

That's what I thought when I read this story. Seems to think she can get the pick of what hours she wants and to h£ll with the people who are paying her wages (they ARE paying her wages I assume :devil:).
sounds like dummy got spat out of pram :dummytit:
