Considering that any defensive combination at ER looks likely to leak goals, should we not get back to trying to outscore the opposition with Bamba shoring up the midfield, Hanlon returning to centre back and Zemmama,Riordan,Stokes and Gow being given the chance to either create or put the ball in the net?

Not sure where you are getting that, we conceded three at Ibrox, 1 good goal, 1 soft penalty and a 3rd in injury time thanks to a slip and consequent injury to McBride

The five at St Johnstone were a disaster but more to do with the team that Yogi picked that any individual partnership.

We conceded one goal against Motherwell after playing 60 minutes with ten men and then another soft penalty on Saturday against St Johnstone.

I can accept your argument for Bamba playing in midfield for footballing reasons but a overly leaky defence really shouldn't be one of them. Our defensive record this season has been excellent.

Without Bamba at the back we seriously lack height at the back. IMO the reason we have conceeded more and scored less is because of the midfield. We cant seem to hold onto the ball and we look to get the ball forward too fast. IMO McBride hasnt been the same player since he came back from injury and miller has gone off the boil a bit.
