Having checked that both the Killie and Ross County match are both 2pm kick off's. Is this likely to be so for the remainder of the season?

I hope not as there is no way in hell I can get to ER at 2. Also on another note has any east stand season ticket holder had their letter from the club yet.

Im still waiting on mine.

Once the clocks go forward at the end of March there should be no need for early kick offs. What's happening with the midweek game against Dundee United? Temporary lighting?

That still shows the Celtic game as being on the Saturday and not the Sunday so I would suggest it does not get updated properly.

I only heard him say 2pm.

Will we call it quits and start at 230?

I'd suggest its likely that the next two games may be 2pm because the old stand will still be there in some form so they cant fit in temporary floodlights. Once its fully demolished they will be able to get in the temps. I'm not sure but it would make sense...

Judging by the pictures from Saturday, I thought that the whole stand had been already demolished!

I'm certain he said 3pm... I remember turning to my mate and saying that that was that question answered, after we'd been discussing when it was.

I might be wrong though.

The time I heard him say 2pm was at half-time. Maybe he said it again but got it wrong that time.

The official website now states that our next two home matches kick off at 2pm so I would say that they will be correct.

However some fans may not have the internet and the only communication that they have with the club with regards to future fixtures is when they're at the game. I'm 99.9% certain that the announcer said that the game next week kicks off at 3pm so there may be a number of people turning up at half time next week.

perhaps these people should remain calm, I've heard that some bloke called Alexander Graham Bell has discovered a method of communicating with somebody in the next room. Sounds like a load of rubbish...

:greengrin Yes but the point I'm trying to make is, these people will have heard the PA boy yesterday saying that the kick off next week is 3pm and will have thought nothing of it because that's when Saturday games that are non-televised normally kick off.

I might be wrong (I only had a quick look through it) but I don't believe that the programme mentioned that the game kicks off at 2pm next week, I certainly couldn't see it mentioned on the fixture list page.

I think there will be a quite a few people turning up at 3pm next week.

Wonder how many of them will click that's there's something not quite right as they are ordering their beers at 2pm in the bars in and around Easter Road. :greengrin

2pm kick off means we'll be kicking off the second half at 3pm so there's every chance that the "latecomers" will still not have sussed out that it was an early kick off. They will do when they go for the pie and bovril at "half time.
