Good video, though I'm a bit surprised to see there wasn't a section devoted to the state of the art training facilities that HoMFC use to nuture their world-famous youth teams. Though I guess if they filmed at Hibs in the morning then had to get across to Riccarton in the afternoon to film, the "Physics vs Chemistry" Faculty Fives tournament had probably taken over by then :greengrin

Good to see the SFA and responsible parties finally getting the digit out with the aim of providing a supply of technically gifted young footballers.

After all, their approach to this is only 20-30 years behind most of continental Europe!!!

Scottish football is rotten to the core. There needs to be a big shake up, offload that numpty smith and the rest of the SFA. I know i will get ribbed for this but I think John Collins would be great, providing he wasnt as arrogrance and learnt people skills. He has a good ethos from what i have read. We need to mirror the ways of Holland, a small country like ours, but who have fantastic talents (Van persie, Van Nistelrooy etc. ) learning and working on skills and passing. I think the idea of building an Scottish Academy of Football would be good, build a facilty where the best players in Scotland are brought down and their skills nutured by people in the know, we need to copy the dutch!

I think we need to start all over again, and get rid of those numpties at the top, all those grandads in charge etc.
