A good player a few years ago when at Chelsea but even then he never had the pace. He is a strong physical player who will win headers all day at the back. Play the ball to feet at pace and he won't be able to keep up though. He must be mid 30's by now.

Wonder how much of an influence Jody Morris was in getting him there?

He'll be linking up with Jody Morris, his old team mate from Chelsea. Anyone know when John Terry is expected in Perth?

Think he played for Leeds against Hibs in a friendly in 2004. Decent signing, bags of experience (as HH says above!!)

Quite soon, as long as nobody tells him the Fair Maid of Perth is a book...

Think he arrived as soon as he heard that there was an attractive bridge in Perth.

he must be a decent player to have won as much as he has. Could this be St Johnstones Franck Sauzee?
