It was agreed before then but because roma have alot of striking problems fulham agreed to let him play that match.

More to the point, I didn't see any evidence of a Yellow Card in that footage - for removing his shirt or leaving the field of play.

If he wasn't booked by the ref, nice on the Italien FA for allowing their players to actually celebrate!
