hibs.net Private Membership - A Timely Reminder!

I think today is a good day to remind everyone about how important Private Membership is to the running of this site.

I'll take our neighbours as a prime example. The blazers and badges brigade might consider themselves superior, but when it comes to funding their unofficial fans website they won't stick their hands in their pockets. As a result of that the KB mods have had to restrict access tonight, and not for the first time.

Meanwhile, back on the green side of the city, when Danny Galbraith popped in the winner on Wednesday night hibs.net was up running without any hitches despite having 2700+ online at the time. And this Monday lunchtime, when you want your transfer gossip, we'll be here!

There's a good reason for that. We've committed to paying a kick in the arse off 300 quid a month to make sure that the site can cope with the spikes.

You read that right......... 300 quid a month.

We can only do that because of the level of Private Memberships that we have. If you've been thinking about taking out Private Membership but haven't got round to it yet then today's as good a day as any. It is pay day after all :greengrin

If you're an existing PM please don't forget us when it's time for renewal.

Ask yourself a question. How would you like it if you have to go over to KB to get your Hibs news on days like this?

You can take out Private Membership through the hibs.net shop. CLICK HERE (http://shop.hibs.net/home.php?cat=253) for more info. When paying by PayPal please add your hibs.net user name in the notes section so we can tie it up to you. Alternatively, just PM a site admin and we'll take it from there.

Or.............. If you win the Euromillions lottery tonight you can use the donate button and give us a lot more than a tenner :greengrin

I have just paid my £10 and it is the best investment I have made since I bought Hibs shares in the 80s. I would advise anyone in two minds that losing £10 is not as bad as having your legs broken.
