I think this was explained last season, when there are midweek games, it's only the games that are televised that are immediately available for the online highlights, ie

Falkirk v Motherwell was on / will be on Alba
St. Mirren v Huns was on Sky
Celtic v Hibs was being televised for Setanta overseas (hence the availability of links of dubious legality)

Hamilton v Killie was played on Tuesday night.
