Only two of our players were not from Britain or the Republic of Ireland (Maka and Benji).
Can't remember the last time we had a squad full of "home-grown" players.
Not sure what bearing it has on our development this year........but it beats having a team full of Lithuanians, a fat Frenchman, a bow-legged Ugandan and a tip-taking Spaniard.
We've also got a home-grown management team and board, which again, sure as hell beats a backroom squad consisting of a p1sh-slavering Hungarian and a plethora of Eastern European shady plums whose salary is filed under "Registration Fees" in the club accounts.
