No... you heard that, as part of his punishment, the Thicko Nade is going to work on a farm....

... with strict instructions not to eat the animals.

Interesting that Thicot gets farmed out and Lewis Stevenson sticks around.

Well, they wouldn't want him to affect the Yams' attandances in such a negative and permanent way.......

I'd rather see him go to the Scottish first division and get him used to the Scottish game. I think he's a talented player but needs to up his sense of urgency a bit for the game here.

Yes, I'm affected by his performances in much the same way.

Think the sad truth is that only teams at a much
lower level would be interested in Stevenson and therfore unable to afford his wages. Reckon he'll stick around.

Thicot I think has obvious potential and surely he's being 'farmed out' with a view to giving him a platform to hone his game skills. I hope so but would also agree that a Scottish club would have been more appropriate.

Unconfirmed rumours that a couple of players had been reluctant to go out on loan.

Might explain the lack of activity.

TBH Thicot will leave us for good in the summer anyway and it wont be to another British club. Style of play does not suit his style IMHO.. I am not surprised that some of the guys dont wont to go on loan...Club doing well great atmosphere at training etc etc

Yes and this may be hampering Hughes and Rices effort to bring in other players. Still a few days left for comings and goings though.

I would have thought serious players would want to play to get a game especially if only for a few months.

Where does your apparent certainty come from?

Was told today he was at a Spanish club, either on trial or to sort out a loan.

Does this imply trial then?

If this is the case (and I'm not doubting it is) then it would suggest that someone who can cover the right side of defence will be on the way in to ER instead.
