What qualities do our players lack

I saw a post the other day saying if some of our players had some certin qualities that if they had they would not be here.

There are the obvious ones like deeks workrate(witch has inproved this season)and hogg distribution and IMO lack of goals from liam miller(i know its not his job but if he added 7-10 goals a season to his game he would be brilliant)

Personally i think most players in Scotland outwith the OF lack enough belief in themselves.

It seems when a player signs for one of the OF they gain an air of arrogance, they don't want to win, they expect to win. They begin every season believing they will win everything. Unfortunately due to the duopoly our game has become no other team can really boast that sort of mentality and i believe this is part of the reason the OF regularly finish so far ahead of the pack.
