Just wanted to post a wee thread in memory of my brilliant Dad, who was heartbreakingly taken from us on 12 January '10. He will be sorely missed by everyone. A good Hibby to the end - he was a season ticket holder in the West Lower, where he sat with my sister Sue. You may know him, he was an ex- member of the Hibs Club, where my brother Ross (and also my nephews Keith, Chris & Neil) worked. His funeral is 3pm on Thursday 21 January at Mortonhall.
Sleep tight Dad.

Craig, really sad to hear that. I bumped into your dad at most home games. He was a regular BTG before the matches, and I had a good chat with him at half time at the Yams game. Cant believe thats happened as he was in good form a couple of weeks ago.

Sorry for your loss Craig, I hope the weather stays good for you on Thursday.

Not sure I know your Dad or family from the names you've posted but then I'm more a 'faces than names' person.

What seat did your Dad in and what branch of the Hibs SC was he with?

Next time we're at Hampden take one of these with his name in the middle:

Craig, I am so sorry to hear your terribly sad news. I am stunned. I just emailed you on Saturday as I lost my moblie and i am trying to get all the numbers back.

As you know Mike, Dad and I sat not too far behind Bill and Susan in the West Lower and always had a quick chat with Bill and Susan on the way to the game. He was always a happy soul despite the 90 minutes we had ahead of us!

I know he will be sorely missed by you, the family and everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him.

Thinking of you all at this difficult time.

Callum and Karen

Craig - My thoughts are with you and your family.

My Dad passed away suddenly on 22 December and I posted my tribute to him on the PM's board which, in itself, helped me but I was also extremely touched by the messages from this great Hibernian 'family' of ours that got posted in response.

God bless the great old Hibby's no longer with us.

To Craig, Ross & Chris. You did Bill proud. What a very moving service, and great to see so many well kent Hibbys in attendance. He maybe gone, but Bill has left a dynasty to the Hibernian Football Club family. RIP Bill.
