Am I the only one that thinks Schuamcher coming back can only hurt the legacy he has built

Nah! Even if he makes a complete balls up of the season there will be the equipment/team/some other excuse.

Yeah I know but why would you put yourself in that situation. You are the best F1 driver in living memory and with 7 titles under his belt it hard to argue that, by coming back I only think he will tarnish that with the likes of Glok, Alonzo, Button, Hamilton to name but a few all gunning for him.

He was a dangers driver last time around with little concern for anyone including him team-mates. I think this will only be compounded by the new rule changes no warm tyres no fuel stops and the loss of the driver aids over the years.

I’m 52. Two of the biggest downers in my life was giving up playing football (28) and giving up playing cricket (50) – although I’m sure both clubs I was playing for at these times would disagree! :faf:

If I was ever able to become fit enough again, roll back the years, I’d want to play again.

Schumacher has been given the opportunity to ‘play again’.
