Arsene Wenger would never loan a youngster he expected to make it at Arsenal to an SPL club - and I have to say I don't blame him as the SPL is not a good proving ground for a career at the top end of the Premiership.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure Galindo will be loaned to a Spanish club as it's something to do with residency rules and work permits. I.e, if he spends 3 years with Arsenal before he's ready for the first team he prob won't get his work permit extended and would be 2 years short of applying for a British passport based on residency. In Spain, the length of require residency is much shorter so he should return from a loan after about 18 months with first-team experience in a european league of similar style to the EPL and an EU passport meaning a work permit will not be required.
