Celtic completed the signing from AIK in Sweden today, a deal meant to be worth £2m. 6 ft 3 Dutchman, to form an all dutch CB partnership with Loovens.

Surprised they didnt go for Bamba with that sort of money...

They need more than one new Centre Half; here's hoping they sign another mediocre unknown, and leave Sol well alone.

That will be cheerio for McAnus and Caldwell? Don't Celtic already have a centre-half that is about 6ft 10 that they signed from Stockport County? Wise move for Gary Caldwell to go public about his wage demands then.

Id say about £3m, but a £2m bid on the table would get rod thinking.
