Wouldn't it be nice if .net or some other supporter branch type thing could organize a flag day, maybe a SC tie or something, i feel things are a bit stale and predictable at the moment and we as fans should try and do something to lift the atmosphere a bit, i've noticed on occasions some clubs have put a small flag on most or every seat before the game and it looks really smart when every one flys them at the same time.....thoughts?

NO and no to your question. Just a thought....it would be nice to try and do something about the atmosphere instead of just coming on here and moaning about it.

He doesn't need to: the fans bring enough of their own.

Where's the "handbags" smiley?

It was paid for by the fans for the fans (if you mean the one against inter with the st andrews flags at either side), the only thing rangers did was let fans in to set up the display, there is nothing wrong with having a union flag, you would think it was an illegal flag the way people go on about it.

On a side note, take the UJ out the equation i think that was good of your club to let fans do that, and that is what my OP was aspiring to.

By the way mate, I didn't open this thread to have a flag debate ( been covered when I first joined got it out the way so it didn't keep coming up) You do have a good idea, it looks good if done right, you have to work out the cost who is going to pay how you are going to collect the cash, where to get materials ect ect, as I say if done right can look great.
