Falkirk beat Queen of the South, Hearts, Inverness and Dunfermline en route to Hampden before losing 1-0 to Rangers.

Why do we never get runs like that? We always seem to get the Infirm, Hertz, Dons, Utd etc.

What is the easiest path to Hampden that we have had in recent years? Best I can remember is Aberdeen (Home win after replay), Gretna (Home win), QoS (Away win) before losing to Dunfermline in Hampden semi replay:grr:

Everybody to cancel each other out with us playing East Stirling in the final.

08/09 - knocked out by them
07/08 - ICT, then yes we did get rangers
06/07 - Dons, Gretna, QoS, Pars - should've done better
05/06 - Tough run. Arbroath, gubbed Rangers, gubbed Falkirk, got gubbed by them
04/05 - Dundee, Brechin, St.Mirren, Dundee Utd - Threw it away
03/04 - Rangers
02/03 - Dundee Utd, Dunfermline - should've done better
01/02 - Stranraer, Rangers
00/01 - Clyde, Stirling, Killie, Livvy, Celtic - can't moan about getting the OF in the final.

So we have actually had rangers in the 4th or 5th round every other year since 2000. Guess who we'll be getting in the next round if we get there :grr:

BUT..... there is definitely 3 occasions - 02/03, 04/05, 06/07, and possibly 08/09 where we should've done better. In those 3 particular years, we only have ourselves to blame :boo hoo:

Have you forgot who put us out?
