Was it not so much followed, but investigated by some 'independent' private investigator, who claimed he could prove dallas was bent as a ref with pictures of him patting van bronkhorsts bum, which then turned out to be stills taken from match footage when its clear that he didnt touch him, was abt 10 ft away, but the camera angle when frozen makes it look bad.

And they're NOT paranoid......

I think it was supporters who hired the PI as opposed to the club itself.

I have vague recollection of this. Don't think it was Dallas. Happened around 1990/1991 or there abouts? Fans hired a PI to prove a ref was a Rangers fan.

Think it was a guy Jim McCluskey did they not follow him and take photos of him with a Gers top on.

IIRC the allegation was that he was a Mason. Which reminds that most of the Masons I've met (or at least people I've met who admit to being Masons) have been Hibs fans :confused:
