We might see him on the bench...
That would definatly be a good boost! Him and Miller were really starting to form a right good partnership together, and i'd have him in there everyday of the week in place on Rankin, who IMO is mince!

If he was to be match fit, or even close to match fit, he starts, simple as, and Rankin drops to the bench. Big if though i'd imagine.

I personally think the team has missed him no end and in particular Liam Miller. McBride for me has been our unsung hero and he does what most players struggle to do...the simple things...SIMPLE.

Liam Miller has had to play a lot deeper since McBride has been out and that for me hampers the team...especially in the final 3rd.

If he is fit for the bench then he is fit to play and for me back in the starting 11.

Although i would love for Mcbride to be playing tomorrow as I think Hibs miss him, I take these articles that even quote Yogi as saying a player is playing with a pinch of salt. I seem to remember the papers quoting Zemmama was to play, and has been training but he had pulled out of the Morroco squad and wasnt even on the bench.

We are going to need a bit of dig tomorrow and so one prepared to go in hard. We don't get that from Rankin at all.
