Can anyone advise as to which member of staff to contact regarding queries relating to club policy and ground regulations?

I'd suggest either Garry O'Hagan, club secretary

Yeah, I'm familiar with everything there but I have a fairly specific query in regards to one of the points listed. Hence why I was asking who best to contact.
