I don't always pay attention to the stickies so have been ignorant to the removal of his thread whenever it was.

I just really wanted to know how he is? and how things were going?

Last time I looked at the thread he was doing quite well all things considered.

Thanks

Great minds etc.

Below was the last post on how Liam was doing from his family - this was just before his 18th on the 19th May. Would be good to get an update. Was good to see him 'Behind the Goals' and on the pitch at the ICT game last season.

Hi, well we are actually taking Liam down to Edinburgh for his birthday. Big brother couldn't get home because of exams. When he was in hospital one of the nurses got in touch with the Make A Wish Foundation on Liam's behalf. His wish was to meet Jamie Oliver, but because of filming committments and the birth of his new baby he was unable to meet Liam, he sent a signed book, which Liam was delighted with. The make a wish team got in contact with Liam to see if there was anything else he wanted to do. So they have arranged for the family to get picked up by Limo and taken out for lunch and then Liam has to go to the Comet store at Fort Kinnaird to pick up a X-Boxhttp://www.hibs.net/message/images/smilies/thumbs%20up.gif. He insisted it was that store, as one time before we were down, we were served by a very nice hibee, who knew all about Liam through the hibs.net. So it looks like he will be having a very memorable day:agree: He is making sure he has ID with him, so he can get his first legal dram in Edinburgh:bye:

I've always thought no news was good news and hopefully Liam and his family have managed to return to a more normal life (whatever that is :greengrin)

It would be great to see Liam back on the pitch at ER again :agree:

Think I spotted Liam at the Hibs Falkirk game hovering ootside the Albion Bar with his mates. Still on crutches but a strapping lad nevertheless.

Apologies if I've got this wrong but the lad I saw was a good lookalikey
