I think that winding up some players is a bad idea as it makes them more determined. It works with some players such as Lee Miller and Mikey Stewart.

Others punish you for it. I can't say I know where Boyd fits in.

I think Boyd should be reminded of his lack of ambition by being told - in the words of John Lee Hooker:
