£5m for a training centre, and no undersoil heating, what a complete waste of money.

is that question related to today or in general? i think the artifical pitch will have been frozen over with ice and snow and not playable.

Even synthetic surfaces can be unplayable if ice / large amounts of snow are on them sadly.
I think the only way to get round it would be to have large covers over the surface
Someone from Moscow have any idea ?
