I am looking to buy tickets to the hibs hearts game on the hibs ticket office online but i cant find out how to register can anyone help ?

Scroll down to On Line(even though it should say ONLINE :wink: )
click the green link marked eticketing.

new page should load then on the area top left marked Registartion you nee to click the green box marked ACTIVATE ACCOUNT. you will need your client reference from your season ticket book or card to complete the process.

If he's buying a ticket for the derby I'm assuming he's not got a client reference?

The OPs best bet is to phone the ticket office - you'll have had to have bought a ticket for a cat B game before though or you won't be on the database.
