Today I missed my second game of the season due to a rather large landmark birthday.
Since Pittodrie became a virtual no go due to finance our best trip is to Killie and in particular the Fenwick. When I checked the fixtures it was the one game I didn't want to get played today.
A wee while ago I received a phone call asking me to go to my front door, I duly did so.
You can imagine my surprise when all 48 of the passengers (including one of our promosing young players)had got off the bus and formed a choir outside my house in Musselburgh.
A rendition of happy birthday followed by a Hibs song made it a really memorable birthday.
I thank each and every one of you.

Neither the oldest or the one wi the greyest hair.
Never much hair left when you shave your head.
Nowhere near the fattest either.

Wanted to go to Killie but didn't fancy driving. If I had know the bus was coming through Musselburgh, I could have made it!
PS. Happy Birthday Jock.
