Baroness Warsi was pelted eggs, by Islamic "extremists" (not my wording) as she went on a walkabout around London.

Moronic act or an angry mark of protest against her politics? I recall widespread satisfaction when Griffin was pelted, so what is the concensus surrounding her?
Discuss.

Some aspects of Sharia Law have no place in Britain.
There was due to be a march by a few thousand Muslims in London around a month or so ago in support of Sharia Law being rolled out in Britain but it was cancelled, anyone know why?

Aspects of Sharia Law are already used in Britain to settle divorce and marital disputes. There also Jewish Beth Din courts which provide binding civil arbitration.

I know. Apologies, it should have read 'Some'. I've amended.
What's your thoughts on the original issue?

The one thing John Prescott has done right in recent years was thumping the guy that threw an egg at him. It's an obnoxious, cowardly action.

Although I'm sure in the heads of the morons that threw the eggs they are better muslims for doing so.

Does she not support the current occupation of Afghanistan? If so, could many young British Muslims not feel she is far from innocent, as she is (by association) supporting the assault on Islamic militants?
(this is not my personal view, as I don't really know enough about the woman or her politics - merely posing a question and potentially, a Devil's advocate style question).

She's been on Question Time on a number of occassions...a very intelligent woman with some very good opinions and pride in her appearance and ability to have a valid input as a member of a peaceful multi-racial society, so yes these clowns were totally right, she does not fit the bill of their 'perfect woman'.
See the hard nut with his hood up after their act of bravery?

She was very impressive in the Griffingate Question Time:agree: I enjoyed it a few years ago when Chumbawumba threw a bucket of water on Prescott though, so it would be hypocritical of me to criticise this kind of protest:greengrin
