Just watched this. Great programme, hats off to Messrs. Trescothick, Bruno, Kirwan and Lennon.

Yeah they all did a great job at helping raise awareness of this horrible illness.. of which I have recently suffered too...

No probs. Being lost inside your own head, or 'vacant' as Neil Lennon described whilst at the same time feeling like you have the worst flu, stomach cramps & 24/7 insomnia is a terrible place to be. Stess sucks.

There's an excellent stress management course that runs in Edinburgh at different locations throughout the year. If anyone here is struggling to cope, please get help!
