From the BBC:

1512: BBC Radio Scotland pundit Murdo MacLeod reckons there's about 35,000 inside Celtic Park. More than a few empty seats in the 60,000 capacity stadium.

Yes, the best fans in the world show their true colours once again.

Hibs attendance today 13,305 less than expected but some poor attendances today at other games.

Killie v Hearts 4,707
Celtic v St Mirren 41,000 (poor for them)
Well v Dundee Utd 4,593

Not bad considering Scotland rugby were at home playing at the same time in the run up to Xmas.

The Hibs average crowd was only 12600 prior to todays game, so to get 13305 today shouldnt be seen as unexpected especially as we were playing the bottom of the league...Maybe we can get an extra 700 in at the Motherwell game....:notworthy:

My point is, all we hear about is how the `tic fans are the "Best in the World" - every season, some idiot says it to curry favour with them, but how do you define "Best"?

Are the "Best Supporters" those who turn up only when the team are doing well? or those who make the effort to give their team much needed support when they most need it?

Would the true "Best Supporters in the World" desert their team in their hour of need?

On the radio, they reckoned that there were only about 350 yams at Killie, what a shame so few saw the start and end of their revival.
