IMPORTANT SEASON TICKET MEMBER NEWS
Access cards distributed – West Stand goes ‘live’ versus Falkirk
As a Season Ticket Member you should now be in receipt of your new Access Card that replaces the existing Season Ticket Book. If you have not, you must contact the Ticket Office immediately.
The new system will enable you to enter the Stadium more smoothly - instead of a Season Ticket booklet with vouchers that have to be ripped out and presented for each match, you now have a convenient sized card with your details and unique barcode printed on it.
To enter the Stadium, you should hold your card ready to show the turnstile operator with the barcode facing up and toward the operator. The operator will have a hand held scanner to read and authenticate the barcode.
You do not need to remove their card if it is in a plastic wallet. Just make sure the barcode is visible and presented towards the operator and the scanner will be able to read it. Bespoke Club wallets are available in the Clubstore and Ticket Office for just £1.
REMEMBER – the system goes LIVE for West Stand Season Ticket Members ONLY on the 28 November versus Falkirk.
The Club request that West Stand Season Ticket Members arrive as early as possible on Saturday 28 November to facilitate entry to the Stadium smoothly.
South, East and North Stand Members should use their existing Season Ticket books as usual for the Falkirk match and their new Access Cards from 5 December versus Motherwell.
