According to Soccerbase.com, yesterdays strike from Nade pushed him up to 18 league goals...2 away from a landmark 20.

I should add that this is the total during his career from 1999...not this season...and not even during his time at Hearts :greengrin

Stick in there Christian...you'll get there soon :agree:

People love a trier, and I am right behind the calls for Christian to be allowed to keep playing for Hearts until he makes that important milestone.

Or is he a waste of 4 mens space?:nade:

Has taken him 49 appearances to do what Spurs did in 90 minutes!

Is it written into his contract that the Yams have to pay any money to anyone when the hits the magic 20?

Watch this space. I guarantee he will be quoted in the papers this week, saying how much he needed that goal and now watch him fly; how his personal problems are all in the past and how they are now going to start climbing the league. Meantime on keekback, they want him and Obua out asap. You couldn't make it up !!

How many more years before he can represent Scotland?

I don't see how you can have any faith in the stats on that site. It gives his weight as 12st 6lb !!! :greengrin

it current form it taken into account he scores once every 9months or something.

Must do alot of unseen work or something for the team .

I remeber watching the recent derby and when he went off he got a standing ovation from the hearts faithful

The guy is a complete goal machine, only us wee-teamers can't see the bigger picture. He's almost ready to come onto form and propel the big team up the table with a massive 40 goal haul. That strike was just the start, you'll see. Him and Witteveen will take the SPL by storm, combining to make the most formidable strike partnership seen since Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke.

He's one off reaching the nagic 10 for Mad King Bambo's silky soccer warriors.

No bad going for two and a half seasons of attacking magic.

I don't actually understand how Nade isn't inspired to score more goals

I mean its simple, the more goals means more bonuses and for Christian, more bonuses means more time spent devouring the KFC bargain bucket :greengrin

The boy creates his own problems! :cool2:

I think the most amazing Nade fact is that he has been shown more yellow cards than he has scored goals :faf:
