After that nutjob brushing his teeth at the Chelsea game, bbc alba just spotted a custard cream lying on the pitch at McDiarmid Park during the challenge cup final.

Aye, changed days. I remember the days when chocolate bourbons were regularly thrown at the match ref in disgust.....

How standards have fallen! :greengrin

I suppose you're right, although you have to remember the dee fans aren't too happy just now*, so any edible biscuit will do.

:greengrin

* thought I'd slip that in unnoticed

special feature on Brian Kerr at half time

sean higgins just scored for dundee

talking of random things that are seldom seen nowadays, he seems to have one of the few reasonable mousers that we're presently seeing due to movember.

harkins from a horrendous error by esson.

must be from the Ferry

:agree:

what's more remarkable about this game is that Charlie Richmond hasn't ruined it yet.

I don't have ALBA.

Anyone confirm if Rab Douglas is in goals or Bullock?

Hope Dundee get back into the SPL......far easier run than Inverness.

The Brickie.

he's been injured for a fair time now...how's he playing?

How does the crowd look? MY contact tells me the Dens Park lot sold over 6,000 briefs.

dunno about that nowadays, yon Melville chappy will spend a few quid if they get up. They're fundamentally a much bigger club than Inverness.

.

seriously at fault for the second goal

8,000 there (2,000 from Inverness in the normal home stand for Saints - the one opposite the camera). Dundee have nearly sold out the rest of the ground.

that's why I'd rather they were back in, nothing worse than going to a poxy wee stadium with no atmosphere.

He was busy first half but did ok apart from picking the ball out the net a couple of times.
Crowd decent. not full by any means but maybe 3/4 full. 8-9k maybe?

Did we play in the challenge cup when we got relegated, I can't mind of hibs playing in it but my memory is terrible and we probably did

No, apparently the "great adventure" season is the only time in the last 20 years that the Challenge Cup wasn't played, so Hibs were denied that "opportunity". I think it was due to the loss of sponsorship after the SPL broke away from the SFL.

Did Brian Kerr go down injured?

I've watched Dundee a number of times this season and he's still g@sh.

I've seen Nade "in (all) the flesh" five times - he's scored three goals.
