I thought Schumacher would have been a figure head for Ferrari for life.

Schumacher is probably one of the greatest drivers of all time, unbeatable in the rain and he had an unbelievably fantastic team strategy partnership with RB, Formula 1 lost something special when he left, particularly here in Germany where the whole country seemed to hang on his every performance. But I can’t bear him as a person: he is the Thierry Henry of F1, and he doesn’t live in Germany because he doesn’t want to pay tax like the rest of us (his brother too BTW) – GIT - that’s what he is, but a truly wonderful driver – when he wasn’t cheating that is!
I would welcome him back funnily enough, he would definitely bring something to the sport - it's lacked something special in terms of character since he's been away, but I wonder if it would be a good move for him? How can he top what he has already achieved – more of the same, I doubt it somehow – you never know of course, maybe he’s got some new tricks up his sleeves?
Germany would love it I guess and Formula 1 too - much as I can't stand him I wouldn't want to see his image demolished by returning to a sport he could no longer dominate as before - maybe I'm wrong though?
